Returns or refunds will only be considered for items that are found to be defective upon receipt.
For defective items, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase, together with your order details and photos or videos showing the defect where applicable.
Exchanges

An item of a higher value, with the price difference topped up accordingly.
All exchanges are subject to product availability and the item being in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with its original packaging and tags intact.
