1. Shipping cost
For Singapore Local Courier costs are stated at the check-out, which is S$5 for orders below S$100, and free for orders above S$100.01. We deliver anywhere in Singapore, with the exception of offshore islands and restricted zones. (See full list below)
For Overseas/International orders, the shipping rate could be see at checkout. All costs are quoted based on the package size and weight.
Should your order consists of bulky items, cost of shipping may differ and we will contact you accordingly.
2. Custom and import duties
Any customs or import duties charged when the parcel reached its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
3. Delivery time
Delivery time is 3 -5 working days within Singapore and 7-14 working days internationally once order is confirmed, paid and processed.
4. Track your orders
You are able to track your delivery by using the tracking number supplied on your dispatch confirmation.
